All services performed by Panalpina are provided based on its general terms and conditions (“Terms”), which are subject to change without prior notice. The most current and controlling version of the Terms is published in the respective country section in the “Contact Us” tab above and is available at your local Panalpina office. Should no terms and conditions be published in the respective country section, then the FIATA Model Rules for Freight Forwarding Services as set out below and as adopted by the respective Panalpina country organization shall apply. Whenever sourcing services from Panalpina, you agree that the version of the Terms in effect at that time will apply to any such services. Your attention is directed to those clauses of the Terms which exclude or limit the liability of Panalpina and other parties, and to those which require you to indemnify Panalpina in certain circumstances.
